Propel Career Academy is an approved training provider for VA education benefits. If you’re a veteran, active-duty service member, or eligible dependent, your benefits may cover some or all of the cost of your training with us.

Post-9/11 GI Bill® (Ch. 33) Montgomery GI Bill (Ch. 30) Veteran Readiness & Employment (Ch. 31) Survivors' & Dependents' Assistance (Ch. 35)

Most students use the Post-9/11 GI Bill®, which provides an average of 36 months of coverage toward tuition, housing, books, and supplies. In many cases those benefits can be transferred to a spouse or dependent, so a family member may be able to train here on your entitlement.

The VA determines your eligibility and how much of your training your benefits will cover. Propel Career Academy does not make that determination, but we will certify your enrollment and help you work through the process.

How to get started

  1. Confirm your eligibility and remaining entitlement at VA.gov, or by calling the VA at 888-442-4551.
  2. Fill out our VA Inquiry Form and tell us which program you are interested in. Our VA benefits team will follow up with next steps.
  3. Share your Certificate of Eligibility (COE), if you have one. It is not required. We verify your benefits directly through the VA system, but having your COE on hand helps you know which benefit you are using and how much entitlement you have left.
  4. Apply to Propel and choose your start date. We will walk you through enrollment and any remaining paperwork.
  5. We verify and certify your enrollment with the VA so your benefits are applied to your training.
